From Saturday 1 July 2023, new fares will apply for all Adelaide Metro bus, train and tram services.

Fare prices will increase by 4.8 per cent and will be rounded to the nearest five or ten cents. This indexation rate is based on the current Consumer Price Index (CPI).

All passengers can travel cheaper using regular, concession or student metroCARDs rather than Singletrips. There are even greater savings for frequent passengers using a 14-day or 28-day pass on their metroCARD.

New fares will be available on our Adelaide Metro fares page from Saturday 1 July 2023.
